Tasting notes
An intense nose of black fruits, enhanced by notes of pepper and licorice. The structure is long and complex, with a beautiful balance between tannin expression, aromatic richness, and suppleness. A young vintage of Clos Triguedina will pair well with foie gras, red meats in sauce, and game. An older vintage will pair perfectly with truffles, grilled red and white meats, game, or aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 16°C.
