Product notes

This cuvée is made from plots from different climates in the villages of Côte Chalonnaise, Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits Villages appellation. Clay and limestone soils, facing south-east, at an altitude of 230 meters. Average age of the vines: 45 to 55 years.

Production notes

Harvest from September 5 to 13, 2018. Vinification with indigenous yeasts. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aged in used French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Beautiful deep red color, blackcurrant. Aromas of cherry and blackcurrant on the nose. Soft, light palate. Fine and delicate tannins. Agreements of cannelloni with beef and olives, skewers of marinated Italian sausages, Sicilian caponata, aubergines parmigiana.
