Soils of limestone schists. Semi-continental climate with a southern character (600 mm of precipitation).
Production notes
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. A blend of selected splits that are vinified in the traditional way. Aging six months in stainless steel vats, on fine lees.
Tasting notes
Floral, fine and fruity wine with a pleasant structure supported by a hint of carbon dioxide. This wine is characterized by a certain complexity and a pleasant maturity. Can be eaten as an aperitif, but also with appetizers, seafood platters, fish, cheese dishes.
