Tasting notes
This Malbec presents a deep red color with violet highlights, typical of the variety. The nose reveals intense and expressive aromas of fresh red and black fruits, notably cherry, blackberry, and plum, complemented by a subtle floral touch and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine offers a smooth entry, a complex and well-balanced body, with great depth. The tannins are soft and elegant, providing structure without harshness. The finish is long and generous, marked by flavors of plum jam and a slight oaky note if the wine has been aged in barrel. Best enjoyed between 16 °C and 18 °C, after a brief aeration of 15 to 30 minutes if possible. It pairs perfectly with grilled or braised red meats such as beef or lamb, and also with roasted poultry. It also goes very well with mildly spiced dishes, aged cheeses, or a Mediterranean ratatouille.
