Tasting notes

Aromas of rock and thyme, along with hints of pine forest, express the Mediterranean climate in which this wine was grown. The subtle scent of rose, characteristic of Touriga Nacional, is also noticeable, with nuances of dark chocolate. On the palate, the texture is broad and substantial, featuring rich black plum flavors and peppery tannins that reflect the wine’s structure and balance. Best served between 16 and 18 °C, this wine pairs wonderfully with a wide variety of spicy international dishes such as curries or tagines, as well as simpler fare like tomato-based pasta, Spanish tapas, grilled red meats, and aged cheeses.
