Product notes

The vineyard is located on southwest-facing clay-limestone hills at an average altitude of 300 meters, offering ideal natural drainage and a wide temperature range. This terroir gives the wine a unique combination of power and elegance.

Production notes

Amarone Riserva "Sergio Zenato" is produced only in exceptional vintages, using a selection of the finest Corvina grapes. It is aged for 4 years in large oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Intense, fruity nose (cherry, marasca, and red berries), with spicy notes. Warm, full-bodied palate with a beautiful structure. Perfectly pairs with roasted meats, game, grilled steak, and aged cheeses. Best served at 18–20 °C. It is also recommended to decant 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow the wine to fully open and express its aromatic complexity.
