Product notes
Vines from 1963. Arid soils.
Production notes
Manual harvest in plastic boxes during the last week of March. Classic vinification in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation with selected yeasts. Maceration on skin for 7-10 days. No aging.
Tasting notes
Intense violet colors. Notes of prunes, black cherries and figs on the nose. Medium bodied wine, with good concentration. Silky, packed full of black fruit flavors and a long finish. Pairs well with barbecued meat, pasta and mature cheeses.
