Product notes

The 2016 harvest had warm temperatures in winter and above average rains in summer. The wine was made from plots of Paraje Altamira.

Production notes

Vinification by selection of bunches. Concrete tanks filled by gravity and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 20-day maceration with daily shedding and punching down. The wine was aged in oak casks for about 12 months. Unfiltered, then bottled.

Tasting notes

Intense black red color. Complex nose that highlights aromas of ripe black and red fruits; subtle spicy notes. Firm and ripe tannins which give structure to the wine. Fresh and elegant thanks to great acidity. Long finish. This wine will accompany pasta, red meats and pizza.
