Tasting notes
This Malbec offers elegant aromas of wild berries, violets, and subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and finely textured, with precise fruit, lively acidity, and chalky tannins that reflect its high-altitude origin. Serve ideally between 16 et 18 °C to emphasize its balance and complexity. It pairs wonderfully with grilled red meats, lamb, roasted vegetables, or aged cheeses.
