About this winery
Sebastián Zuccardi grew up in a family that had a strong visionary and innovative spirit. Since 1963, when his grandfather planted the first hectares of grapevines in Maipú, Mendoza, the Zuccardi family has not stopped growing and developing. Product notes
Valle de Uco- High altitud soils. Hot during the day, cold during the night.
Production notes
Handpicked durin the first and second week of March. Maceration at low temperatures with direct pressing and seeded yeast. Part of the Chardonnay aged in French oak barrels. The rest of the wine aged in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Yellow greenish colour with silver hues. There are intense aromas of fresh fruits such as pineapple, white peaches, apricot along with citric notes. Fresh, good acidity. Long and persistent finish. Pair with grilled honeyed-Dijon chicken breasts. Baked brie and apricot coulis, salad greens with goat cheese pomegranate and cranberry, Feta cheese.
