Tasting notes
Complex and layered aromas of raspberry, cranberry, and currant with a slight touch of pomegranate and sweet cigar on the nose lead to a nicely structured palate. Voluptuous flavors of dark plum, black currant, raspberry, and black currant develop nicely with warm notes of thyme and tobacco leaf that linger alongside a delicate balance of acidity and medium tannin structure through the long finish. Salmon with roasted tomatoes and saffron rice.
