Product notes
Age of vines: 10 to 15 years
Production notes
Harvest are early September. Vinification: After a light pressing, the wine is left to ferment at a temperature between 17-18 ° C. for 8 or 10 days. After fermentation the wine is stored at a temperature in special stainless steel tanks until it is bottled.
Tasting notes
A dry, elegant and full wine with a straw yellow color. A delicate and elegant bouquet with fruity notes. Ideal for an aperitif. Excellent with seafood and grilled fish and / or with all types of fish in general. Serve between 10 to 12 ° C
