Production notes
Harvest in the second half of September. Vinification: Traditional vinification at a controlled temperature between 25 and 27 ° C.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color with purple shade. Pleasant fruity, balanced nose and harmonious. Mouth of red fruits, light and aromatic. Beautiful liveliness and great freshness. Goes well with grilled meats: beef, pork, veal, sausages. It will also be perfect with medium-flavored cheeses. Serve between 16 to 17 ° C.
