Product notes
Temperate climate, regulated by the sea. The Alps protect the region from the winds of the North. Cold, wet winters, hot, sweltering summers with periods of moderate heat.
Production notes
Harvest during the first half of September. The grapes are carefully pressed and the resulting must is fermented for 15 to 20 days at a controlled temperature ranging from 15 to 17 ° C in stainless steel tanks. Aging in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature ranging from 18 to 20 ° C.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow color. Typical floral aromas with light vanilla notes. Dry and crunchy, balanced and fruity, with a smooth mouth. Long finish. - Perfect pairings with grilled poultry, soft cheeses, hearty pasta and rich seafood. - Service temperature: 10 to 12 ° C.
