About this winery
Proud of its ancestral traditions, the Botter house has been guided by 3 generations of Venetians for whom wine has always been the greatest passion. For almost a century, this company has been able to integrate Italian traditions into their wine to extract the best possible products from their cuvées. Luca, Annalisa and Alessandro Botter, now head of the company, have brought a vision focused on the future and innovation.

Production notes
Harvest: Second half of September. The grapes are passilles on the vine for 15 days, which gives it its distinctive appassimento. Vinification: The grapes are destemmed then crushed. Maceration in stainless steel tanks in the presence of the skins for six to eight days in order to extract the color. Fermentation at a controlled temperature varying from 25 to 26 ° C. The wine is then pressed, stored in a steel tank, treated and decanted. The complete vinification lasts at least two months. Aging: Aging for at least three months in stainless steel tanks and between four to five months in oak casks.
Tasting notes
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color that tends towards amber with age. It has varietal aromas which become more complex as it ages. Pleasant and intense bouquet. Full, warm and harmonious on the palate. Wine and food pairing: It goes well with mature hard cheeses, roast pork, steak and a wide range of dishes.
