Marked during his childhood by Château Bourdieu, which he saw every week on his way to boarding school, Luc Schweitzer, who became a winegrower in his parents' wake, decided to acquire the property in 1993. The seasoned winegrower then noticed the quality of its clay-limestone terroirs and its exposure. Very quickly, he took measures to match his ambitions by undertaking work. While he is carrying out his first harvest, he has a new cellar with an area of ​​1200m2 built in parallel; because, as Luc Schweitzer explains, having an evolved and cutting-edge production tool is necessary in order to be able to best achieve its objectives.
