Tasting notes

A pleasant nose rich in aromas of cherry, raspberry, undergrowth, blackcurrant and spices. In the mouth, the flavors of ripe fruit blend perfectly with the notes of humus and blackberry. The whole thing continues into a long finish. - Classic Burgundy Pinot Noir and locally bred lamb are excellent choices. Try it with a fresh lamb burger from the grill and garnished with caramelized onions.
