Production notes
Harvest on September 28. The grapes are harvested by machine. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging allows the more subtle aromas of Chardonnay to shine. Aging on lees in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
This Chardonnay is fresh and lively. The nose offers notes of apple, grilled pineapple with a hint of nuts, thanks to the prolonged contact with the lees. Fermentation and aging contribute to the refined bouquet of the wine. It presents a balanced acidity. It will accompany bruchetta, fried calamari seasoned with aioli and lemon, but will be just as delicious on its own as an aperitif.
