About this winery
Château Haute-Nauve is located within the Saint-Émilion appellation, in the town of Saint Laurent Des Combes. Its appellation is as famous as the village of Saint-Émilion, which since 1999 has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a cultural landscape. Initially, holding 4.50 hectares, the family estate now extends to 9.50 hectares.

Product notes
Soil and terroir: Clay and limestone, sands with iron dross. Average age of the vines: 35 to 40 years.
Production notes
Manual harvest. Sorting table. Total destemming. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Pressing, Use of selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation. Classic vinification. Aging in new oak barrels of one wine and two wines.
Tasting notes
Ruby color, deep, ruby reflections. The nose is fruity and persistent with aromas of fruit, spices and vanilla. Fruity and rich on the palate, with hints of violet, red fruits and a touch of vanilla. Elegant, round tannins, structured body, good intensity, long persistence. Goes well with all grilled red meats, game, cheeses or chocolate desserts. Serve at 16 ° C
