About this winery

Created at the dawn of the 20th century, this Domaine, which was then called Cru Latour Saint-Joseph, quickly acquired its letters of nobility, becoming a "Château" enjoying great renown in the town of Cissac Médoc. This prestigious wine, neighboring the no less famous vineyards of Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac, benefits from the greatest attention, including aging in new oak barrels.

Product notes

This wine which can be consumed immediately will reach its fullness around 2023/2025. Clay-gravelly croups and limestone subsoils.

Production notes

Mechanical harvest in October. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, cold pre-fermentation for one week at 10 ° C and fermentation for 30 days at 28-30 ° C. Aging 12 months in oak barrels, one third of which is renewed every year.

Tasting notes

A pretty garnet color. Subtle scents of stewed fruit and sental wood. Its fine and harmonious structure is elegantly enriched with woody notes. Accompaniment of red meat, white meat or cheese.
