Product notes

Second terrace of the estate, limestone and red clay soil.

Production notes

Traditional harvest, reasoned control, mechanical tillage, severe pruning, green work, leaf stripping and green harvest. Traditional vinification. Destemming. Vatting for 20 days at around 29 ° C. Partial aging in second wine barrels.

Tasting notes
