Production notes

The harvest is done when the fruit has a rich color and soft tannins. Vinification: Cold fermentation in the presence of the skins for five to six days. Delicate press to maintain sweetness, freshness and fruit. The presence of American and French oak chips during fermentation completes this woody wine well integrated into the fruit.

Tasting notes

Bright red color. Aromatic nose of red fruits with a touch of white pepper. The mouth reflects this abundance of red fruit, balanced by precise tannins. Food pairing: grilled or roast beef with pepper sauce. Serve between 15 to 20 ° C.
