About this winery

Production notes

Harvest in 3 coastal regions; Sonoma, Santa Barbara and Monterey. Fermentation and aging in 68% stainless steel and 32% French cedar. Aged in drawing for 41 months before disgorging.

Tasting notes

Bright with rose gold hues, this wine features bright scents of freshly ripened pear, apricot compote, wet stone and an ocean haze with light brioche notes. The attack is light and vibrant, with the citrus acidity of clementines. Tiny weightless bubbles fill the mouth as the palate expands into a creamy texture. The finish brings flavors of crisp honeyed apple, a trace of cranberry and echoes of apricot with tantalizing acidity.
