Production notes

Mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. The vatting time is short to favor the fruit and a supple and delicate structure. The wines are aged on fine lees for 9 months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Cherry red color with purplish reflections, typical of Gamay. The fruit is omnipresent: on the nose with notes of blackcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, there are aromas of red fruits but also exotic fruits, which bring lightness and finesse. The tannins are silky. A fresh and delicious wine. Excellent on simple dishes: grilled meats, homemade burgers, mixed salads, pizzas or fine meats.
