Production notes

Manual harvest. - Traditional vinification, pressing after picking the grapes, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature close to 20 ° C. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled. - The wines are aged on fine lees for 8 to 10 months.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow with golden yellow reflections. Very fruity bouquet with a dominance of citrus. Harmonious and bold palate with liveliness. - To be served with fish and goat cheese.
