Production notes

The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and are quickly pressed at low temperature. The settling takes place at low temperature with SO2 and a seeding of yeasts. Then the alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 20 ° C lasts a week. The wine is then clarified and stored under inert gas at low temperature.

Tasting notes

Beautiful limpid and brilliant dress with golden reflections. The expressive nose offers a wide variety of aromas: citrus, yellow peach, but also acacia flower and buttery notes. Round and supple on the palate, it reveals very marked notes of citrus and acacia flower. Pleasant as an aperitif, this wine goes wonderfully with fish, poultry and cheeses. Serving temperature: 10 to 12 ° C.
