Production notes

The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and undergo advanced vinification at very low temperatures between 15 and 18 ° C. Finally, the aging takes place under an inert atmosphere also at low temperature in a stainless steel tank to preserve all the freshness of the wine.

Tasting notes

With a pale rosé, the color is limpid and brilliant with soft reflections of raspberry. Very intense, the nose suggests hints of confectionery and red berries. Gourmet and elegant wine, it combines freshness and sweetness in a very nice balance. Wine can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to summer salads, grilled meats or mild cheese. Serving temperature: 6 to 8 ° C.
