Production notes
Harvest: The bunches are picked by hand early in the morning to arrive fresh in the cellar. Vinification: The grapes are first macerated at 6 ° C for 96 hours. Aging: Tempranillo and cariñena are aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. Grenache is aged for 24 months in American oak barrels with a capacity of 225 liters. The blend is made from the best barrels, then the wine ages for another 36 months in bottle.
Tasting notes
Tasting notes: A beautiful ruby red color which begins to show garnet reflections. Elegant aromas of red currant, tobacco and eucalyptus permeate the nose. The finish is long and pleasant. Wine and food pairing: Recommended with roasts, meats and mature cheeses. Uncork one hour before serving.
