Product notes

Limestone soils laid on stony soils.

Production notes

The bunches are picked by hand early in the morning to arrive fresh in the cellar. The grapes are first macerated at 6 ° C for 96 hours. The tempranillo and the cariñena are aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. Grenache is aged for 24 months in American oak barrels with a capacity of 225 liters. The blend is made from the best barrels, then the wine ages for another 36 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes

A beautiful ruby red color which begins to show garnet reflections. Elegant aromas of red currant, tobacco and eucalyptus permeate the nose. The finish is long and pleasant. Recommended with roasts, meats and aged cheeses. Uncork one hour before serving.
