Production notes

Mechanical harvest. Traditional Bordeaux vinification, with long maceration (six weeks). Aging in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby color, with purple reflections. Powerful nose of blackcurrant bud, blackberry and blueberry. Notes of undergrowth and truffle in the end. Suave, fleshy mouth, supported by elegant and persistent tannins. Long and fresh finish. Ideal with red meats and cheeses. Serving temperature between 16 and 18 ° C. Aeration prior to tasting, or passage in a carafe, is strongly suggested: it allows the aromas to take on their fullness and reveals the depth of this Cabernet.
