Product notes

Light soils composed of alluvium and sand. One of their properties is that it heats up quickly.

Production notes

The grapes are harvested, destemmed, hot macerated and pressed. The wine is stored in tanks. Then it is racked, filtered and bottled.

Tasting notes

Ruby red color of medium intensity. Aromas of red fruits, spices, and redcurrant. Rather dry, it is a pleasant wine, easy to drink, supple, light and round. Serve along red meats, cold meats, salads and cheeses.
