Production notes

Light maceration then direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature.

Tasting notes

Bright rosé with reflections of rose petals. Luminous. On the nose, it declines notes of gourmet strawberries and raspberries while releasing light accents of exotic fruits. On the palate, it offers a balanced, round and fresh structure, with good aromatic persistence. Wine and food pairings: Perfect as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 8 ° C.
