Tasting notes

Wine with a sustained and deep cherry color, barely evolving. The bouquet reveals notes of licorice, cinnamon and pepper. A concentrate of complex ripe fruit, the aromas associated with prolonged aging in barrels remain subtle. Good structure on the palate, freshness and very pleasant round tannins make it an easy to drink wine. The long finish with a balsamic touch. This wine goes well with raw ham, lightly matured cheeses, spicy dishes, grilled meats and roasts.
