Tasting notes

The nose is pure, fine and complex with dominant notes of ripe fruit (plums, bigarreau cherries). The wood is present thanks to the toasted and toasted notes. On the palate, the attack is very beautiful, the mouth is constructed, the middle is full, it is juicy, and the tannic material is like velvet. Nice length! - You will taste it with pleasure on red or white meats, game birds, light cheeses.
