Product notes

Average age of the vines: 30 years. Clay-limestone soil.

Production notes

Nectar of sweetness and voluptuousness, this straw wine is made from grapes picked at the start of the harvest and left to dry for a few months. After dehydration, the berries are pressed and fermented. The sweet wine obtained will wait another three years in oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Brilliant and amber color. Complex notes of candied orange, dried apricot, quince, pineapple and honey. The palate offers a nice balance between sugar and power with great aromatic complexity. To be served with blue cheese, foie gras, chocolate desserts or as an aperitif. Serve very chilled, between 6 and 8 ° C.
