Product notes

Sandy-clay loam soils, elevation of 35 meters on opposite slopes of up to 10% and oriented to the east and west. Oceanic climate marked by fog and wind. Moderate winters and cool summers.

Production notes

Manual harvest, August 20 to October 2, 2019. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with pumping 2-4 times a day. Malolactic fermentation in neutral oak barrels. Showcasing the elegance of Pinot Noir as it ages in large neutral oak barrels and older French oak barrels to minimize new oak flavors.

Tasting notes

The terroir gives low yields to these vineyards and allows the Pinot Noir grapes to ripen slowly while retaining their natural acidity, with lively flavors of red cherries, raspberries and spices. Lively acidity on the finish. An ideal accompaniment to grilled fish and poultry or grilled meats.
