Production notes

Traditional vinification. The grapes are pressed on arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. - The wines are aged on fine lees for 8 to 10 months.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow color, limpid and brilliant. Open nose of white fruit with a nice minerality that brings complexity. The mouth presents a good tension with a remarkable balance and a lemony and fresh finish. - Perfect with hot oysters, fish in sauce, but also white meats in sauce (veal, poultry). The sushi complements its minerality perfectly. Goat, Blues and Comté cheeses.
