Product notes

The grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness to preserve their quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16–18 °C) to maintain freshness and aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months, adding texture and complexity without compromising its purity.

Production notes

The Greco di Tufo from Feudi di San Gregorio comes from vineyards located between 300 and 700 meters in altitude, around Sorbo Serpico and Tufo, in the volcanic Irpinia region. The limestone tuff soils, rich in minerals, impart freshness and minerality to the wine. The vineyard, made up of numerous plots with varied exposures, is sustainably cultivated, ensuring quality and an authentic expression of the terroir.

Tasting notes

The Greco di Tufo displays a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of white peach, yellow apple, white flowers, and a subtle hint of almond. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with beautiful minerality and a saline finish. Best served between 8 and 10 °C, it pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, fresh cheeses like mozzarella, or light vegetable dishes.
