About this winery
The history of the Cuvelier family begins in 1804, when Henri Cuvelier founded the H. Cuvelier et Fils trade in northern France. The success is immediate. In the early 1900s, Paul Cuvelier and his brother Albert decided to acquire several Bordeaux estates. Château Le Crock is the first property of the family, followed by Château Léoville Poyferré in 1920, accompanied by Château Moulin Riche.

Tasting notes
This wine presents a round attack, marked by aromas of red fruits, a full and fleshy palate with good balance and a finish marked by powerful and rounded Saint-Estèphe tannins. Goes wonderfully with a board of cold cuts, veal, chicken, white meat and hard matured cheeses such as Comté or Gouda.
