Production notes

Traditional vinification. The grapes are pressed after harvest and the alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature (around 20 ° C). The wine is quickly filtered and bottled.

Tasting notes

A pale yellow dress with green reflections. A nose with aromas of white flowers as well as citrus and flinty notes. A lively wine with good harmony combining richness, liveliness and aromatic persistence. - The wine goes perfectly with white meats, poultry, fish, seafood and strong cheeses.
