Tasting notes

A beautiful deep red color. The nose is intense, velvety, borrowed from beautiful notes of morello cherry and black blackberry, with a hint of sweet spices. The mouth is coated, powerful but without roughness, which gives this wine a nice impression of accessible richness. This wine will be a perfect match with a Provencal stew, a chicken colombo or a lamb tagine with grapes.
