About this winery
Bodega Santa Julia has belonged to the Zuccardi family since its creation in 1950 by Alberto Zuccardi. It is located in the heart of the Mendoza Valley. Since 2004, several of its plots have been certified organic and also have the 'Fair for life' certification, which guarantees sustainable development of the socio-economic activities of the vineyard.

Production notes
Manual harvest in plastic boxes during the first and second week of March. Direct press, previous stripping and then 30% fermented in French oak barrels and 70% fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Storage for 6 months on fine lees with weekly batonnage. No malolactic fermentation is used. Aging with 30% fermented in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Bright greenish yellow color. Nose of white fruits, apples and tropical fruits combined with own notes maturing in barrels as vanilla and coconut. Palate of unctuous imput, balanced acidity and good volume. Pairs well with roasted Romanesco, Mushrooms, and Onions with Polenta tossed with an herb, lemon, and caper sauce.
