Pale yellow with green reflections. Elegant aromas of tropical fruits, green apple, pear, banana and pineapple. Honey and a hint of citric notes. Medium bodied dry white wine. Well balanced. Pleasant and long-lasting finish. Will go well with fatty fish such as salmon or tuna, as well as butter and cream sauces.
