Product notes

Santa Rosa vineyards, arid soils of Mendoza.

Production notes

Manual harvest during the last 2 weeks of March. Maceration and fermentation with selected yeasts. No breeding.

Tasting notes

Yellow color with green reflections. Delicate aromas and floral notes. Chamomile and lime combine with aromas of fruits such as apricots and peaches. Elegant flavor with a good balance between acidity and freshness. Dry finish and reminder of orange peel. Pairs well with apricot, peach or mango chicken salads.
