Product notes
It should be stored in a cool, dry and shaded place, without temperature variation, with the bottle upright. In order to preserve the fullness of its freshness and its qualities.
Production notes
Manual harvest in September. Destemming, crushing. Vinification by careful maceration, completed by permanent pumping over during fermentation. Vinification in temperature-controlled vats. Maturing in barrels for variable periods, but never less than seven years, and bottled as and when market demand.
Tasting notes
Brick color. On the nose, woody and spicy notes, enveloping notes of sweet fruit. In the mouth it is light and fresh, with ripe fruit, perfectly combined with dried fruit. Soft but distinct tannins.
