Production notes

Average age of the vines is between 40 and 60 years. Manual harvest for ten days. A traditional Beaujolais vinification, semi-carbonic with whole bunches. Six-day maceration to extract fruit and finesse. Aging: The wine is matured for ten months in neutral oak casks with a capacity of 50 hl in order to limit the contribution of a woodiness which could interfere with the purity of the fruit.

Tasting notes

Fine, elegant and drinkable wine. Rich in tannins, with firm acidity and strawberry flavors. Perfect with charcuterie and grilled meats.
