Product notes

Soil and terroir: mainly limestone, glacial. Altitude: 250-300m above sea level. Geographical location: Hilly region, south-eastern exposure.

Production notes

Manual vinification at different times for each grape variety, followed by a light drying period. After destemming comes maceration, for 10 days in stainless steel. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the grapes are separated from their skins by pressing. Aging in stainless steel vats for 12 months.
