Product notes
The grapes used for this wine come from selected vineyards in northeastern Italy, primarily in the Veneto region. The terroir features well-drained soils composed of clay, limestone, and gravel, which promote balanced grape ripening. The temperate climate, with good sun exposure and cool Alpine influences, helps preserve the grape’s natural acidity and aromatic profile.

Vino Spumante Gassificato Dealcolato Bianco is made from selected Italian white grapes. After traditional vinification, the wine undergoes a dealcoholization process at low temperature—typically through vacuum evaporation or reverse osmosis—to preserve its aromatic compounds. Controlled carbonation is then applied to achieve a fine and consistent effervescence. The final product is stabilized, filtered, and bottled under optimal conditions to ensure freshness and quality.
