Product notes

The terroir of this Falanghina is characterized by mineral-rich clay-limestone soil, typical of the Sannio region. Located between 150 and 250 meters in altitude, it benefits from a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, promoting optimal grape ripening and a beautiful aromatic expression.

Production notes

The fermentation of this wine takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 °C, to preserve the freshness and delicate aromas of the grape variety. The aging is then carried out in the same tanks for about 5 to 6 months, with regular lees stirring to add richness and complexity. The wine is filtered before bottling, following a traditional vinification process using indigenous yeasts to respect the authentic character of the terroir.

Tasting notes

This Falanghina displays a pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear), citrus, and a mineral note. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with lively acidity and a clean, mineral finish. Its light structure makes it perfect for summer or as an aperitif. It pairs ideally with seafood antipasti, grilled fish, crisp salads, fresh cheeses, asparagus, artichokes, and light seafood pasta. Serve between 10 and 12 °C to reveal its full freshness.
