Product notes

The Cutizzi Greco di Tufo DOCG comes from vineyards around Tufo, in Irpinia, on volcanic soils rich in limestone tuff and minerals. Grown between 400 and 700 meters in altitude, the vines benefit from a climate with strong temperature variations that preserve freshness and acidity. This unique origin, combined with a strict selection of older grapes, gives Cutizzi great complexity and depth.

Production notes

The grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve fresh and fruity aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months, adding roundness and complexity while maintaining the purity and freshness characteristic of Greco di Tufo.

Tasting notes

The Cutizzi Greco di Tufo shows a bright pale yellow color. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of white fruits, citrus, white flowers, and a subtle mineral note. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with good acidity and a saline finish. Best served between 10 and 12 °C, it pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, light poultry, and fresh cheeses.
